Manifesto

When software and marketing are designed together, companies win. That's why we exist.

When a company wants to grow digitally today, it meets two separate worlds. On one side: software houses — engineers who build the product but never grow it. On the other side: digital-marketing agencies — strategists who watch performance numbers but cannot touch the infrastructure. The business owner is forced to become the bridge. Briefs fall apart, ownership is fragmented, results never arrive. Partnerfy was founded to close that gap — to put the software foundation and the marketing strategy into the same room, under the same contract, against the same KPI.

The same problem applies to agencies. When a client tells a digital agency "we need a SaaS", the typical response is to forward the lead to an outside developer; the developer delivers, the agency continues, and the client is left confused. Partnerfy plugs in at this exact point as a white-label technical arm. We deliver under the agency's brand, we never poach the agency's client, and we produce to the agency's standards. This isn't an ethical preference — it sits at the core of our business model. A partner who steals clients does not last.

There is a reason we are organised across two centres. Our Operations Centre in Adapazarı hosts project management, software engineering, design and marketing teams. Our System & Server Management Centre in Karlsruhe runs DevOps, SRE and security functions. The split is deliberate: we organisationally separate the layer where customer data is processed and hosted from the layer where the product is built. This gives both KVKK/GDPR compliance and the operational segregation of duties that a corporate client expects. The result: you work with a single partner, while two independent control points stand behind you.

These principles are attached in writing to every engagement. Not because surprises must be avoided — but because this is the standard.

Written commitment, fixed scope

Every project starts with a written scope, a written timeline and a written price. Out-of-scope requests are tracked through a separate change-record; the phrase "depends on the case" has been removed from our contracts.

No client poaching — white-label ethics

We never attempt side-sales to the customers of the agencies, consultancies or technical vendors we work for. A mutual non-solicitation clause is the standard annex of every partner agreement we sign.

Certified processes

ISO 27001 preparation, KVKK/GDPR compliance, an agreed minimum security baseline and audit-trail logging. Policies are not left to client request — they are applied as a standard and shared on demand.

Senior + junior on every team

Every delivery team includes at least one senior engineer and an appropriate set of mid/junior specialists. We do not run "junior-only" projects; we will not trade quality to look cheap.

IP belongs to the client

Copyright and intellectual property in all code, content, design and documentation transfer to the client upon delivery. Repositories, source files and build pipelines are handed over independently of contract end.

Dual-centre monitoring — TR + DE

Your production environments are monitored 24/7 from both our TR and DE centres. Single-point-of-failure risk is reduced, GDPR-compliant logging is preserved, and median incident response is kept under four minutes.

Regardless of the technology or channel, we apply the same four phases. Each phase has an independent deliverable and an independent sign-off point. Phases are not skipped; the order is not broken.

Production and operations are run from Adapazarı; systems and infrastructure are run from Karlsruhe. This separation of duties is a critical control — for regulation and for corporate audit alike.
